We have a No Exchange Policy.

Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled for any reason.

Return Request

Tanara believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore a liberal policy. Under this policy:​

  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 3 days of receipt of the products.

  • In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 3 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

  • To request a return: Please include your Order ID, unboxing video (mandatory), and photos of the issue.

  • Important Notes: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice. Items bought during sales or promotions are not eligible for return.

Refund Policy

  1. Send us your return request as described above.

  2. Once approved, you’ll be asked to self-ship the item to our return address.

  3. After inspection, we will:

    • Issue a store credit valid for 6 months, or

    • Send a replacement (if stock is available).
